Say Thank You not Sorry

Peace be upon you and Hello guys!

Well we are already in December, last month of the year. I found this on twitter and wanted to shared this with people in my blog. It was tweeted by 'Beth' and I'm so agree with her. This definitely gave me a lot to think about in how I phrase/word certain things: Say Thank You not Sorry.

But I am pretty sure you guys are smart enough to understand the profound of it. With some hard work, you will get the pays. I take the quote as in beauty concept. Eid in The Carnival Water Park

Peace be upon and Hi readers!

It is actually afternoon with light rain here, but in my room it is like 7pm already. I did pull my curtains but no sun outside, guess that's why it look like dusk already. Yawnnnn

On last Friday (second day of Eid), me and another three friends went to The Carnival Water Park in Sungai Petani. To be honest, its been a loooooong time I didn't play in water. Guess the last time was like five years ago. *huhuhu*

I wished to go to any water park. I jut want to play in the water. So I planned for this few days before the Eid. I felt very happy when my friends said "yes, they'll be joining me on that day". What a wish that will come true.

I drove four of us to The Carnival. And somehow I forgot that Friday is weekend in Kedah. So yeah, we got to pay for the weekends entrance price which is RM30 for adult. (The weekdays price is RM18 for adult on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The Carnival is closed on Wednesday.) I guess RM30 is kinda too much when there are nothing at all you can do. Lol. I mean they just have like four water rides and not enough floats. There's no place to get or rent a float. It was like you got to take it away from other people lol lol lol. Like steal it lol. Those four water rides are okay. But still could not challenge me. Yeah, okay I admit there's one breath taking blue water ride, (I don't remember what its name... river what....) and the other three just okay. It's okay for people who just want to relax and lay down on their float while sliding. The water there was not so clean. Maybe its because there are lots of tree around and those leaves and dust from the tree fall into the water. I can say that the kids area got cleaner water. After three hour of fun, we clean up ourselves and went home.

Guess now I will make a water park wishlist. Even though I've been to Bukit Merah Laketown Water Park and The Lost World of Tambun, I want to be there again! And next to Sunway Lagoon too.

Egg Tofu with Oyster Sauce Recipe.

Peace be upon you and Hello everyone!

Today, I'm feeling so happy because my mom cooked my fav for dinner! It is Egg tofu with oyster sauce. But wait a minute. Do you guys know what is egg tofu (or tauhu telur)? Haa, if you guys have no idea what is it, egg tofu is a tofu (tauhu) with white egg (macam telur putih) inside of it. Haha. I swear I never heard about it too. Only after I work at Anjung Keli, I know what is it and it become my fav dish! So, I am so happy to share the recipe with all of you.

Egg Tofu with Oyster Sauce Recipe.

3 tubes of egg tofu
3 cloves garlic
3 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of water
3 tbsp of corn starch mix with 1/2 cup of water
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 egg
Salt, as much as u want.
And cooking oil.

How to cook:

1. Cut the tofu in the middle (or how small you want it). Fried it until crisp. And put it in a plate/bowl.
2. Tumis the garlic until it give a good smell.
3. Put in the pepper and water. Cook until it boil.
4. Then put in the mixed corn starch and oyster sauce. Stir until it look smooth.
5. Later, put in the egg and salt. And stir until the egg scramble.
6. After that, pour it on the tofu. DONE!

You also can add chili sauce to make the color become red. And if you think that the oyster sauce already give enough salty taste then just don't add the salt.  Also, you add up with any type of veggie  :)

Alpaca sticker.

Peace be upon you and Hello guys!!

Well it's  fine out there, not too sunny and no rain, just a bit cloudy with 29°C with the leaves rustling in the breeze. Here, in Arau, Perlis. I think the haze is not too bad here. People everywhere been talking about haze. Especially those who live in the city. Haze here. Haze there. Haze everywhere. So people who live in the haze area please wear mask and take care.

Today I went out. on morning Don't want to miss the chance to drive. Kinda excited because I just passed the JPJ test and got my driving license like five days ago. LOL! And yeah, I went alone. Told mom that I'm going to the supermarket but yes, I just took the long route tho. Very long. Drove myself to Simpang Empat first, then Kuala Perlis, Kangar, and finally back in Arau. Enjoying the moment kinda. Passed by the sea, not saying beach because there's no beach and sand, there just sea embankment.

Back to the main point, I went out just to find a long cardigan. I should bought two, unfortunately the other shop was not even open yet. So after bought the first one, I went to the stationary shop and get myself color pens or I like to call it 'magic ink' pen. I'm so excited!!! for the magic ink. Then, I made my way up to the supermarket. Get my fav cookies, and some mini ice creams for my mom and home actually for me too, and then this is the actual exciting part I found Alpaca sticker!! I get so EXCITED! Why? Because it's rare! Like, not many people know Alpaca, they only know Llama or sheep or goat whatever. Seriously, it was like a one in a millions sticker that I found. LOLOLOLOL!! So I bought it. two actually.

so called 'magic ink'

Alpaca stickers!!!

After all of the things happened above that, I get home and lunch.
The End.

Sportswear Ladies

Hello! What's up the internet! *steal JoshuaDTV vlog intro*
Today I'm going write a post about fashion, some trend that I seen growing in community nowadays.

It is sportswear ladies.

So, I'm sure that we all can see that nowadays people wear sportswear not only for workout session or outdoor activities. People are so smart enough to mix and match clothes to get a brand new casual look.

Nike Roshe. Its like a madness even to myself because it came in sport shoes like and with lots of fancy designs such as floral, tribal, camo and more, that you can even wear it to hang out and feel more comfortable without hurting your feet compared to if you choose to wear high heels when you got to walk a lot.

To those who love cardigan, you can find a nice top, especially sleeveless one to mix up with your style. Pick a top with a nice mute colour or clean lines to enhance your casual outfit.  It brings out the balance of your sporty and feminine side into one outfit. Plus, I just figured out that there are a lot of fancy leggings that u can wear either to jog or hangout!!

Any women can pull together a simple yet stylish outfit by taking it back to basics. By wearing a simple t-shirt, trousers and slip on sport shoes, it can definitely show off a little sporty element into your fashion look. You can also wear a jersey or basketball tee to substitute the plain t-shirts for a more boyish appeal.

Well ladies, you can check out and shop for some cool stuff >>HERE<< to look more sporty and trendy.
That's all from me. Have a nice day!

Finding Cool Blogs From Another Side of World.

Hello guys! Hope you're all in pink of health.

I been scrolling through my blogger dashboard, looking on those blogs' feeds from people that I been following, mostly they talk about their experiences, segments, giveaway, gossips, news, tips, tutorials, and many many moreee...

Yeap, I'm from Malaysia and of course most of bloggers I'm following are from Malaysia too. Sometimes, I wonder what people outside Malaysia been writing about. Im sure some of them must be writing bout experiences, gossips, story, bla bla blaa, and more... (lol) But in what way?

Why I am questioning bout "in what way"?

It is because I been following a blog named Mayor Gia, and I'm so enjoyed and interested to read all her post because its fun and she inserted those like comic strips that she drew herself and that's the cool stuff! plus I like all her story too. I know people post things in their blog like how they want it. No rules or you set your own rules, go with your way. The thing is everyone have their own and different way. That's what makes the world colorful.

And that's it what I would like to explore. Read some cool new stuff from the other side of world. So, right now I'm still trying to reach out some of those cool blogs. I would like to recommend Mayor Gia to you, and you might like her too.

if any of you would like to suggest me a blog, leave up the link in the comment box below. :)

Restaurant Review: Anjung Keli

I wrote about catfish in last post so now I'm going to write (promote) one of the restaurant that serves catfish as their signature dish, Anjung Keli.

What so special here are catfish dishes, and various of 'sambal', and various of 'ulam'.

There are fried, grilled, and cooked with pepper. I like fried one the most. But I can promise that all of the them would satisfy your tummy and hunger.

Besides, there are also various type of 'sambal' such as air asam, air asam tomato, sambal kicap, sambal mempelam, sambal kuinin, sambal belacan, sambal hijau. Tbh i never try all of them because I kinda scared to eat those spicy thing LOL. Air asam the only one I eat with catfish and always my

So those are some of the ulam that available from the one that I can name until the one that I never seen hehe.

AND!! Not to forget the best 'dadih' I've ever had is Dadih Seri Noza. Yes, you would ask for one more after you done one.

So, it open from 11am (whenever the dishes are ready) and closed at 4pm. Anjung Keli is open for lunch and located at Simpang Pulai, Perlis.

(Photo credit to Anjung Keli FB, Famous Penang Halal Food blog, and google.)

p/s: was too busy working that I cant snap pic of my own huhu.

Friday, June 5, 2015

Its been a long time I didn't post thing here, thought that I didn't have much time because I been working part-(all the)time at a lunch restaurat, Anjung Keli.

Instead of updating about mylife, (like what am i been doing this long holiday) I think I better come up with something else for readers haha.

Sooo... do u guys like catfish? (ikan keli)
Well well, I'm not a fan of it but somehow after been working with Anjung Keli, it's like a must have dish for me. So as we all know that catfish is good for women who just give birth their baby there actually a lot more benefit from it.

Benefits of catfish
  • low in calories and fats
  • contain healthy fatty acid
  • provides complete protein
  • source of vitamin B-12
  • low in mercury
